Lubimbi Power and Gas is to be established on a 25-year concession with a proven gas find of plus 2.4 billion gigajoules of low sulphur gas. It’s coming on stream will transform the energy supply sector of Zimbabwe and help fill the energy gap currently being experienced in the region while at the same time helping energy-hungry entities to adopt cleaner energy as they move away from coal-based sources.

The project is set to commence production before the end of 2021.
